For this District of Columbia resident, the original proposal indicated a 75 square-foot Flexi-Pave backyard play area. Then, the proposal was revised to include both porches, both staircases, the backyard patio, plus the welding. We poured a total of 258 square-feet of Flexi-Pave to create 1 patio, 2 porches, and 2 staircases. We also had new guardrails welded for the upper porch & stair rail for the lower stairs. Chosen Flexi-Pave color was Coal Mine.
