In November 2020 we completed 1,979 SF of Flexi-Pave courtyards in Phase I, called Grand Park, in colors Forest Green and Beach Stone. At a later date we will return to complete Phase II called Central Park.

In late October 2020 we completed a 551 SF Flexi-Pave sidewalk in color Chestnut.

We also performed many other tasks such as:

Impervious concrete sidewalk & fountain pad
Concrete footers for seating bench and trash cans
Installation of seating bench and bike rack
Staging area wood chips removal and regrading
Topsoil, seed, straw, and sod
Wood chips removal & regrading along wooden bridge
Wood chip surface for hiking trail
Demolition of existing ADA ramp
New ADA ramp to concrete sidewalk
Detectable warning pavers

We completed a 1,202 SF of Flexi-Pave sidewalks in color Mossy Slate in early October 2020.

In September 2020 we finished installing a 272 SF sidewalk in color Mossy Slate. We also performed tree preservation tasks such as non-invasive air-spade excavation, clearance pruning, and directional root pinning. We installed a retaining wall and beautiful permeable pavers too.

In August of 2020 we completed residential improvements including a 193 SF Flexi-Pave pad & paths in color Earl Grey. We also installed stone retaining walls, brick edging, and synthetic turf.

In early August 2020 we completed a 304 SF All-Stone driveway in color Beach Stone, a brick patio at the back and side of the house, and a brick wall. Tree Preservation tasks included root pinning and non-invasive supersonic airspade excavation.
